Shipping methods, shipping charges and times of delivery

Our shipping method is UPS. You may choose between Standard service or Express service (in case you need your goods sooner). 

All deliveries sent by Hoogs Cutting Systems are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as the written confirmation of receipt has been issued, this insurance cover expires.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post boxes. In case of partial shipments, the shipping costs will only be charged once. We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday till Friday between 8:00 and 15:30 o’clock CET (except on public holidays and during our annual holidays).

If the required article is available from stock, shipment by UPS Standard lasts 2 up to 5 work days

If the required article is available from stock, shipment by UPS Standard lasts 2 up to 5 work days. If an article is not available at short term, we tell you by e-mail when we can deliver it again. In case the article is not at all available any more, we will immediately arrange for the refund.

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. On the same day we will also provide you with your personal UPS tracking number. With this number you can check the current location of your package at www.ups.com.

Delivery to Non-EU-Countries

Please note that the transport costs don’t include charges for import and customs; these costs will be charged by UPS separately.
